We are all one.
Each of us and everything around is created from, and is, spirit energy.
The planet we live on. The universe we inhabit. The rocks that form the ground. The microbes, insects and all the animals. The seas, the air, the sky, the weather is all created from and made up of spirit energy.
We are all part of the one spirit. We choose to incarnate on this planet to have experiences to help our soul grow and to share with “the whole” that is spirit. When we return to spirit – “the one” – we relive all the experiences we have had and grow through the realisation that grants us.
Everyone and everything we encounter is created by spirit and given an awareness by spirit. It, and we are all one, from the same source and the same energy.
